ZAS Architects reveals new mass timber headquarters for Toronto’s top natural resource conservation agency

Bucholz McEvoy Architects & ZAS Architects in collaboration have unveiled a mass timber headquarters for the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA), designed to be one of the most sustainable office buildings in Canada. The facility, located in Toronto, integrates renewable energy, rainwater harvesting, and advanced energy efficiency measures while using timber to reduce its carbon footprint. This project reflects TRCA’s environmental mission, setting a new standard for sustainable civic architecture in the region.
