The Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) Headquarters opened spring 2025 to critical acclaim, winning the Canadian Green Buildings Award. ZAS Architects in joint venture with Bucholz McEvoy designed this mass timber structure, setting new standards for sustainable architecture
